Food Talk For Health is produced in a digital studio powered entirely by solar energy.

Our studio is located on 50 acres in Massachusetts. Twenty photovoltaic solar panels collect energy from the sun while excess electrical energy is stored in deep cycle Lithium Ferrous-Phosphate batteries by Simpliphi.

Our Schneider inverter converts the stored power from DC to AC electricity for everyday studio use.
